Sandboxx Family Plus - Monthly Subscription
The Sandboxx Family Plus Monthly Subscription is the premium military support experience made for families.
You can read more about the subscription here .
Your credit card will be charged each month based on the day of the month you purchased your subscription.
If you purchased Sandboxx Plus on January 1, your next charge will occur on February 1.
This will continue throughout the length of the subscription you purchased.
You should see the letter tokens applied to your letters account immediately after purchasing.
If you do not see the tokens applied to your account, reach out to our Customer Happiness team via chat or by email at happiness@sandboxx.us.
Your letter tokens will roll over into the following month if you have not yet used them.
Letter tokens are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Canceling future renewals will not stop the remaining newsletters (if any) from sending.
If you have newsletters remaining to be sent and would like those stopped from sending, please reach out to Customer Happiness via chat or email at happiness@sandboxx.us.
The 25% discount will automatically be applied to future token purchases for the duration of your subscription.
The Dispatch: Weekly Newsletter (On Duty & Off Duty)
The On Duty newsletter features a variety of military news and educational reading geared toward a successful military career.
The Off Duty newsletter features current event topics and entertainment related to the military.
Yes, you may cancel the newsletters at any time by reaching out to Customer Happiness via chat or by email at happiness@sandboxx.us.
Daily Drive
The Daily Drive is a 4, 6 or 8 week subscription of either bible verses or motivational quotes that are sent daily to your recruit, Monday through Friday.
You will receive an email notification each day when your bible verse or motivational quote has been sent along with tracking information provided. If you don’t receive an email confirmation, please let our Customer Happiness Team know so we can look into that for you.
The Daily Drive is sent daily, Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after 6:00am EDT will begin sending the next business day.
Quotes or verses shipped on Friday are expected to be delivered on Monday as the base mailrooms don’t accept FedEx packages over the weekend. (If sending to a location where next business day service is available.)
Your credit card will be charged each week based on the day of the week and time of the day you purchased your subscription.
If you purchased the daily drive on a Tuesday at 2:00 p.m., you should expect to be charged the following week on Tuesday at about that same time. This will continue throughout the length of the subscription you purchased.
You do not need to cancel your subscription at the end. We will automatically stop charging your card once the subscription has ended.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, reach out to our Customer Happiness Team through the Sandboxx app.
Yes, they will see that you were the person who sent the quote/verse.
The Daily Drive will be a printed image with the corresponding quote or verse and sent in an envelope in the same manner as letters are sent.
Canceling future renewals of your weekly subscription will not stop the remaining items (if any) from sending.

Stamp Pack
A Stamp Pack is a sheet of 20 USPS forever stamps that you can send to your recruit.
Stamp orders are fulfilled within 2 - 3 business days and are sent with next day delivery Monday - Thursday. You will receive an email notification when your order is fulfilled.
Yes. Once you receive the confirmation email that your order has been fulfilled, you can reach out to Customer Happiness via chat or by email at happiness@sandboxx.us for tracking details.
Sandboxx Cards
Your Sandboxx Card is sent in a traditional Sandboxx Letters envelope.
Once your card has been sent in the mail you will receive a fulfillment confirmation email.

If the card order has not yet been fulfilled your order can be canceled and refunded. Once cards are fulfilled by our operations team, orders can't be canceled or refunded.
